Full registration fee to attend the conference gives you access to both the Pre-Conference & Conference workshops (however, you must state it on your form):

For registration recieved after September 12th 2008
However, participants who want to register for the Pre-Conference only:

Cancellation of Registration
Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration fee may nominate a substitute by emailing the Conference Secretariat at Cancellations received on or before September 22nd 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $20. Cancellations after September 22nd 2008 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organizing committee. |

Payment of Fees
Please complete the Payment of Fees form and return by fax or mail prior to the Conference.
If you are attending both the Pre-conference & Conference workshops or just the Conference on October 16th, the fee will be $65.00 for the early bird rate and $95.00 for the standard rate. If you attend just the Pre-Conference Workshop on the October 15th the fee will be $55.00 only. Early bird fees must be paid by the September 12th 2008 or the fee will automatically be changed to the standard fee. |
