Accommodation

The School manages student residential accommodation at Shepparton, Ballarat and Wangaratta.

The first priority is to accommodate students undertaking formal courses at the Rural Clinical School and the Department of Rural Health. Other students on placement are accommodated if there are vacancies.

You need to bring:

Pillow
Sheets, blanket/doona
towel and toiletries
food (breakfast is supplied for RHM students on the first two days only)

42 Kilpatrick Avenue Shepparton – Easy walking distance to the School. Mainly used by students taking the four week Rural Health Module.

49 Graham St , Shepparton – On campus. Mainly used by Rural Clinical School students.

39 Worland Rd , Wangaratta – 4km from Hospital. Mainly used by Rural Clinical School students.

Midlands House, Norman St , Ballarat – 4km from Ballarat Base Hospital . Mainly used by Rural Clinical School students.

Resident Student Advisors assist student residents and School of Rural Health staff with day-to-day operation of the School's student residences. The Resident Student Advisors provide basic out of hours assistance to student residents, liaise with SRH administrative staff as necessary and participate as members of the School's Residences Advisory Committee.
