Submit an Abstract
Abstract Preparation
- Your abstract must not exceed the space provided, or no more than 300 words. Abstracts exceeding the word limit will be returned for resubmission.
- Abstract title should be brief and clearly state the nature of the presentation. Abstract title must be in 11pt UPPERCASE Bold in Times New Roman. All other text must be in upper and lowercase 11pt Times New Roman (not bold).
- Presenting author is indicated by an underline. All other co-authors are not underlined.
- All authors are represented by 1st and 2nd initial followed by the surname, eg. JE Doe.
- Authors’ affiliations/organisations are indicated with a superscript number which corresponds to the list of affiliations/organisations, eg. XY Surname1
- Take a new line for the authors’ affiliations and number each one starting with 1 for the first.
- Write body of abstract after each subtitle (ie. Aims, Methods, Results, etc).
- No references, figures, tables, graphs, acknowledgements.
- Use single spacing on the template.
