(03) 5823 4500 for important information regarding their registration.
Cancellation of Registration
Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration fee
may nominate a substitute by emailing the Conference Secretariat at
srh-conference@unimelb.edu.au
Cancellations received on or before October 30th 2009 will be refunded, less an
administration fee of $20. Cancellations after October 30th 2009 are not refundable.
Exceptions are at the discretion of the organizing committee.
