The town pack
Each pair of students will have a town pack at their placement which is usually with the Preceptor. The kit provides information about the town you are going to, its infrastructure, history and interesting information. (Hospital information, important readings, Victorian burden of diseases study morbidity and mortality report)
Orientation to the town upon arrival is important. Please feel free to remove any out of date
brochures/information. We encourage students to add things to the pack which might be
interesting and useful to other students following. A notebook has been included in each pack for
comments for future students e.g. where to eat, what to see!
***Students must remember to leave the town pack with the Preceptor!
